WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SCHOLARSHIP?
Applicants should be enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary educational institution or have acceptance in a post-secondary institution within the calendar year, or hold a degree or diploma from a post-secondary institution.
Applicants must be between the ages of 18 – 25
The award winner must be available and is expected to attend all retreat activities throughout the entire length of the retreat.
The award is open to all Canadian citizens and landed immigrants (preference will be given to Manitoba residents).

To be considered for this award you need to submit an essay of 700-900 words. The essay should indicate how you feel the retreat will help you towards spiritual enlightenment and how you feel you exhibit those qualities exhibited by Darius.
WHAT IS PAID FOR THROUGH THE AWARD
The Scholarship will cover the cost for one young adult to attend an Amma Retreat, including; the registration fee, transportation cost to and from the retreat (air and taxi), hotel accommodation and a meal per diem.
